Themes Events is an independent design and production studio based in Lahore. A small team by choice. A long bench by necessity. A ten-year signature known for its quietness.
Begun in 2015

obsessive
composer.
Our founder trained first as an architect and then — through a sideways door — as a florist. The studio opened out of that collision: a conviction that an evening is a kind of building, and the materials happen to be flowers, light, music and food.
The first commission was a 40-person engagement in a Lahore courtyard. The second was a wedding in Istanbul. From there the studio grew, slowly, by referral, event by event. Ten years and 300-odd evenings later, the brief has stayed the same: nothing shouts, nothing competes, every element belongs.
We remain small on purpose. Four creatives and a production manager. Beyond that is our bench — florists, carpenters, lighting technicians, musicians, chefs — people we’ve worked with for years and whose names appear on our credit sheets alongside our own.

Discover
We listen to your vision, understand your story and define the direction. Usually one long conversation, often over a long dinner, always with no clock.
Design
Our creative team develops the concept, atmosphere and visual details. Mood boards, palette samples, floor plans, floral mock-ups — every layer rendered before anything is produced.
Plan
Every timeline, vendor, detail and logistical element is carefully coordinated and documented. The event’s full run-of-show lives in one place and nothing moves without a cue.
Create
Our team brings the entire vision to life, on site, in person — from the first truck’s arrival to the final floral stem. Load-in through load-out, we are the room’s quiet second shift.
Celebrate
You experience the occasion while we manage everything behind the scenes. If we’ve done our job, the only thing you’ll notice is how right the room feels.
Five principles we don’t bend.
Creativity
Every event is composed from scratch. No template, no re-run, no “the one from last winter”. It is the point of commissioning us.
Integrity
What we show in the proposal is what you get in the room. Our budgets, timelines and vendor sheets are shared in full and never massaged.
Precision
Timings to the minute, placements to the centimetre. Luxury is partly the invisibility of effort — and that only comes from obsessive detail.
Passion
We care about the work the way the people in the room care about the moment. If that stops, the studio stops.
Excellence
Nothing leaves the studio that we would not host ourselves. If a stem is off, a candle is tilting, a note is sour — we are the ones who feel it first.
Quietness.
The one word, more than any other, that returns in every client’s note after the event. We take that as our highest compliment.
